Dear LHS families,
Our Plant Science class is conducting a food drive next week, November 14-18. Our goal is 700 items to donate to the local food banks. The items we recommend you donate are non-perishable or canned foods, as well as hats, gloves, and socks. If everyone could bring an item or two next week, we would be able to reach the goal quickly and in our time limit. The drop off areas will be in the school at the main office, in the Commons, and Mr. Hawk’s room (42).
If we reach our goal, we will have an immediate award of Mr. Baxter dying his hair blue. Later, we will have a reward in December before Christmas break.
Thank you,
Plant Science Students
