Open to all students who will be 5 years-old before September 1, 2021
Date: Thursday, May 6, 2021
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Place: At your local area Elementary School. (Where your child will be attending school)
What to Bring: Copy of student birth certificate, copy of immunization records, and proof of residency.
